In a recent Vogue Adria video, Novak Djokovic and his wife, Jelena, can be seen getting ready for the 2024 Laureus Sports Awards.
Djokovic and Jelena looked stunning on the red carpet at the 2024 Laureus Sports Awards, wearing identical black outfits. The couple appears to be preparing for the esteemed award event in the Vogue video.
Djokovic showed off his tailored outfit while remarking that he was confused between wearing the black or white jacket. And so he decided to walk the red carpet wearing a black jacket, which he would later swap out for a white one.
Djokovic said in the video: “Tonight, for the Laureus Sports Awards in Madrid, I am going to wear Brunello Cucinelli. I love this brand. I have loved that brand for many years and I am honored to wear Brunello tonight. I am going to have two different jackets. I am going to walk in on the black and red carpet, being more elegant and classic, so to speak and then I am going to wear a white jacket on the tables, so I don’t know if that has been done before, but we couldn’t decide which one to go for; we were internally quite divided, so I am going to do both. Hopefully, it’s going to look good.”
The world No. 1 then turned up the music and entertained his wife with some crazy dance moves.
Djokovic added: “Obviously, music is one of the best ways to keep connected with our culture, relieve the memories from our childhood and growing up and love to do parties with our friends.”

Ranked world no.1, the Serbian played his last match on the 13th of April when he lost to world no.6 Casper Ruud 6-4 1-6 6-4 in the semifinal in Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters (draw).
This season the Serbian has managed to achieve a composed 11-4 win-loss record. Novak Djokovic’s most significant performance of the current year was getting to the semifinal at the Australian Open and Monte Carlo.
