Following her quarterfinal exit at the 2024 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart, Coco Gauff took time to celebrate her family’s achievements, particularly her mother Candi and grandmother Yvonne Lee Odom.

Gauff, ranked World No. 3, faced a narrow defeat against Marta Kostyuk, with the match ending 3-6, 6-4, 7-6(6). During her stay in Germany for the tournament, Gauff’s mother and grandmother attended the NCBW luncheon, sponsored by the South Palm Beach chapter. Candi Gauff shared highlights from the event on social media, expressing pride in her mother’s recognition as an honoree and celebrating the achievement of 10 high school scholarship recipients, including her cousin Courtney Lowe.
