Coco Gauff couldn’t contain her laughter as she explained what her coach had informed her about the threesome in Zendaya’s latest tennis film. The film Challengers, which is scheduled for release next week, stars the Golden Globe-winning actress. Brad Gilbert, who is currently Gauff’s mentor, served as her coach in preparation for the post. The US Open champion further acknowledged that her coach found one portion of the movie to be excessive.
Gauff expressed her thoughts about it and said: “The only thing is I haven’t seen the movie yet, so I’m excited. I think people shouldn’t go into the movie critiquing the tennis. I think that’s just not what the story is about. So he did tell me that.”
Gauff added: “You know, I will say he said the movie was a little out there for a 60-year-old man with the threesome and everything like that. He did say that.”
