Federer. Why Britain is the favourite

Roger makes his prediction about the Davis Cup final

Roger Federer has won a rather tricky Davis Cup final last year after a record recovery (he couldn’t play the WTF few days before for a back injury) and against a very difficult team (France). So the Swiss knows what it takes to win this trophy.

This year the final will be between Belgium and Great Britain that has to rely on 1 man: Andy Murray. According to King Roger, Murray & C. are still in pole position for that very reason “Britain are the favourites in my opinion because they have Andy in the team,” he commented.

Great Britain will have world no.100 Edmund Kyle as their second single (you know who is the first) while Belgium singles players will be world no.16 David Goffin and world no.84 Steve Darcis.

Let’s see if Roger’s prediction is right.
