After Stefanos Tsitsipas’s triumph at the 2024 Monte-Carlo Masters, Novak Djokovic recently reacted.
In the Masters 1000 event, the Greek defeated Casper Ruud 6-1, 6-4 to win his third title. Throughout the competition, he only lost one set.
The world No. 1 uploaded a photo of Tsitsipas holding the Monte-Carlo Masters trophy on Monday, captioning it with an emoji of hands clapping. Another photo of Tsitsipas that Djokovic posted showed the Greek player holding the trophy next to Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc.

Now ranked no.1, Djokovic played his last match on the 13th of April when he was overcome by world no.6 Casper Ruud 6-4 1-6 6-4 in the semifinal in Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters (draw).
This season the Serbian has achieved a 11-4 win-loss record. Novak Djokovic’s most significant performance of the present year was reaching the semifinal at the Australian Open and Monte Carlo.
Djokovic is scheduled to play next in Rome Challenger (Rome Challenger). He will start the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 22nd of April.

At the moment ranked no.7, Tsitsipas played his last match on the 14th of April when he defeated world no.6 Casper Ruud 6-1 6-4 in the final in Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters to win his 12th career title.
This season the Greek has achieved a 17-6 win-loss record. This year, the Greek lifted the trophy in Monte-Carlo.
Stefanos Tsitsipas will come up against the world no.43 Sebastian Ofner in the 2nd round. Their current head to head is 2-0 for Tsitsipas.
