Carlos Alcaraz gives horrible news to his fans after announcing that he is not fit to compete in the ATP 1000 in Monte Carlo due to a right arm injury. Lorenzo Sonego will take his place as a lucky loser against Felix Auger Aliassime.

WLWLLWLWWW Now ranked no.3, the Spaniard played his last match on the 28th of March when he lost to world no.9 Grigor Dimitrov 6-2 6-4 in the quarter in Miami (draw).
