In a statement unveiling the collaboration, Coco Gauff exclaimed, “Meet the newest addition to the Carol’s Daughter family, tennis icon, @cocogauff! In a move to uplift Black beauty for a powerful new generation, we are proud to become Coco’s official hair partner. We are not just strong, we are Goddess Strong!”

The video captured the enthusiastic applause of the marketing crew as Coco, the 20-year-old tennis sensation, arrived on set, reflecting the excitement surrounding the collaboration.

Coco Gauff’s partnership with Carol’s Daughter comes on the heels of her commendable performance at the 2024 Miami Open. Despite receiving a bye in the first round, Gauff showcased her prowess by securing a convincing victory against Nadia Podoroska with a score of 6-1, 6-2.
