Maria Sharapova is looking forward to play the Fed Cup final.
The Russian Beauty has decided to play the final act of the year against the Czech Republic. Kvitova & C. are definitely the strongest team because of the line-up and for the fact that they play in Prague, besides that Maria can’t wait to play.
Sharapova: It’s a great way to finish off the season
Maria commented “It’s a great way to finish off the year playing with two of the best players [Kvitova and Safarova]. It’s definitely a very new experience. I’ve been part of the team on different occasions but never in the final. I know how difficult an opponent they are and it will be a great challenge for me,”. The world no.4 crashed out from the WTA finals in Singapore at the hands of Kvitova.
Maria will team up with Makarova (world no.23), Pavlyuchenkova (28) and Vesnina (111).
