Carlos Alcaraz’s dreams of winning the Sunshine Double were spectacularly dashed on Thursday as the top seed fell to Grigor Dimitrov 6-2, 6-4.

Alcaraz suffered a devastating loss. Coming into Miami jubilant from winning the Indian Wells title eleven days before, he was three victories away from becoming the first man to capture the Sunshine Double since Roger Federer in 2017.

Recently, Alcaraz was featured in a funny commercial for a cooked ham company ‘El Pozo’. After eating the cooked ham, Alcaraz also hit some excellent background shots.
