Now ranked no.24, Musetti played his last match on the 26^th of March when he capitulated to world no.3 Carlos Alcaraz 6-3 6-3 in the 4^th round in Miami (draw).

During this season Musetti has achieved a composed 7-9 match record.

Lorenzo Musetti will fight against the world no.62 Nuno Borges in the 2^nd round. In the past, they have never competed against each other up to now in top events.

Musetti has scheduled to play next in Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters (Monte–Carlo). He will start the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 7th of April.
