After collapsing on the court in Miami, Arthur Cazaux disclosed that he spent the night in the hospital. He also mentioned that a lengthy cycle of testing failed to uncover any significant health issues.
On Monday, during the first set of his Miami Masters qualifying first-round match against Harold Mayot, 21-year-old Cazaux fainted out on the court. Cazaux was helped onto the court after just falling onto it while getting ready to play again, but the match was over for him as he wheeled off the court.
Many were shocked and worried about the Frenchman when Cazaux fell, as it was an extremely frightening sight to watch a player suddenly collapse while getting ready for the next point.
Cazaux wrote in a message posted on his Instagram in French: “Hello everyone, a word to tell you that I’m feeling better. I just left Miami Hospital after spending the night in the hospital receiving care and a long series of tests. Today, my physical condition is better. My pressure and my heart have remained stable. It was ultimately more fear than harm. Now my body has to be rested and I hope to be back on the courts very quickly. Thank you, everyone, for your messages of support, and see you very soon.”

LWLWLWLWLL Now ranked no.74 (career-high), the French player played his last match on the 18th of March when he had to retire when playing against world no.141 Harold Mayot in the qualifications and the scoreline was 6-4 5-7 1-2 .
Presently, during this year Cazaux has achieved an overall 13-6 win-loss record. This year, Arthur won 1 title in the Noumea Challenger.
