Kuznetsova wins 15th title in Moscow

Too easy for Svetlana Kuznetsova that demolishes Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova 6-1 6-2 in the final in just 80 minutes.

Pavlyuchenkova was in the match only for the first 4 games (2-all), then game over: Kuznetsova wins 9 consecutive games to grab a decisive 6-2 5-0 lead.

Kuznetsova ends Pavlyuchenkova’s 9 matches winning streak as Anastasia has won Linz just the week before.

Anastasia lamented she struggled because of an injury “I wasn’t feeling well. There was nothing that could help me before the match to make me feel better. I couldn’t jump very well on my left leg, and that affected my serve.”
