If you think that Roger Federer is the (only) super star in Brisbane, think again. The Tennis Legend will be in good company in Queensland as also Grigor Dimitrov and Milos Raonic will join the fray.

Milos was Federer’s runner up this year in Brisbane to comment “I’m really looking forward to playing in Brisbane again next year, I had a great tournament there in January and hopefully I can start the new season the same way.
Playing in Brisbane is always a lot of fun, the tournament has a great atmosphere and it’s a great experience for players and fans alike. The final in January was a great match and hopefully I get another chance to win the title in 2016.”

Tournament Director Cameron Pearson is elated also for the participation of Cilic and Garbine Muguruza (in the ladies’ draw). “I’m thrilled to announce four more of the world’s top players coming to Brisbane in 2016. Marin is the fourth Grand Slam champion to join the field, Milos is our defending finalist, Grigor had a great run to the semifinals this year and Garbine has had a breakthrough season on the women’s tour. The field we’re assembling is certainly world class and it’s exciting to have the world’s best tennis players coming to compete in our backyard.”
