During his final match at the ATP Acapulco Open, Stefanos Tsitsipas attracted a lot of attention for lending his support to the Acapulco city, which had been devastated by the hurricane. Acapulco has been in desperate need of aid ever since Hurricane Otis struck the city in October, taking many lives with it.

Tistsipas showed his remarkable generosity towards the people of South Mexico by pledging to contribute $1000 for each ace he would win during the Mexican Open. There is a lot of hope for the people of Acapulco because of Tsitsipas’ amazing play on the court and his kind actions.

His incredible on-court performance within three days of the start of this amazing initiative allowed him to hit fifteen aces in three games. His total contribution to the hurricane-affected area now stands at $15,000.

Tsitsipas’ assistance to the city of Acapulco will undoubtedly benefit both the city and its residents. The Mexican Open is scheduled to end on March 2, and fans of Tsitsipas are excited to see how much money he will provide to the people of Acapulco.

He expressed his thoughts in a post-match interview: “Yes, I am very motivated. I want to get a lot of money for the people of Acapulco; I want to feed a lot of people; I want to provide for a lot of people. This is my mission with it. Of course, part of my mission is to play good tennis and then focus on the court to get the best outcome and result as a tennis player. But I think there’s also a stronger reason and a stronger sort of mission that comes behind it, which is to do good through tennis.”
