Genie Bouchard is having a rough year and on top of it she is struggling at finding the right coach.
After parting ways with her historic coach Nick Saviano, Genie had a short-lived (and disastrous) spell with Sam Sumyk. During the summer the Canadian beauty tried a couple of sessions with Jimmy Connors (whose partnership with Sharapova lasted 1 match!), but that probably didn’t work either.
Now Genie is practicing with Thomas Hogstedt in Asia. Thomas has already coached top players such as Wozniacki, Sharapova, Na Li, Halep and Tommy Haas. So the experience is there.
