Kei Nishikori didn’t have a great spell in the last few months. The Japanese no.1 has lost in the US Open first round and he hasn’t managed to even play in Cincinnati, so it’s time for him to “recover’ during the Asian Swing starting from Tokyo.
Nishikori: I will be fully prepared for Japan
Kei is about to defend his title in Tokyo and he thinks that he is well prepared for this. “This year I will go into [the Japan Open] fully prepared. I am undergoing hard practices one after another and I want to start the tournament in even better shape than I am in now.”
The event in Tokyo will take place next week.
