Nick Kyrgios was eager to win his first match after defeating Wawrinka in Montreal (the famous “infamous match”)
The world no.41 didn’t win in the best possible way as his opponent Santiago Giraldo had to retire when he was 6-1 2-1 down. Still Nick seemed to be finally focused and ready for the fight.
Kyrgios will now play either Ito or Nieminem for a place in the quarters. Let’s see what he can do.
