Rafael Nadal, one of the greatest in tennis history, seems to be NOT addicted to watching the slam finals of other players. This is a kind of weird as these are major events that every guy with a strong passion for the sport should not miss.
Missing the French Open final
This curious fact emerged after Rafa didn’t reach the Roland Garros final this year. The Spanish Legend chose to practice instead of watching the Djokovic-Wawrinka epic. This was quite strange from the King of Clay.
Missing the US Open final
Now Rafa declares that he also chosen not to see the US Open final between Federer and Djokovic (his biggest rivals) “I didn’t watch the final of the US Open and I can’t give an opinion, as I didn’t watch it. It was a final between two great champions. Novak finished the grand slam season with a great result. He has had a magnificent season. Good for him.”
Well…at least we hope he watched the highlights…
