Now the world no.40, the Croatian owns an overall 5-2 record in 2024. Borna is currently playing in the Ottignies Louvain La Neuve Challenger where he beat the world no.150 Felipe Meligeni Alves 7-5 5-7 6-2, Kamil Majchrzak 7-64 3-6 6-3, the world no.191 Abedallah Shelbayh 6-2 7-64 and the world no.158 Damir Dzumhur 7-5 7-65.
Borna Coric will play the world no.250 Leandro Riedi in the final. In the past, they have never played each other till now in top tournaments.
