We have a high level final (maybe too high just before the USO) in New Haven as world no.5 Petra Kvitova will face world no.6 Lucie Safarova for the title.
Seeded no.2 Petra is having an incredible run to beat Madison Keys, Agnieszka Radwanska and Caroline Wozniacki back to back. On the other side Lucie had a much “easier” task to beat lucky loser Tsurenko in the semi final 6-2 7-6 (4).
Petra and Lucie are great friends and they have recently won the Fed Cup from Czech Republic.
