Tenney pointed out Djokovic’s firm stances, including his willingness to miss tennis matches rather than comply with mandatory Covid vaccination. Djokovic’s visa was canceled in Australia in 2022 due to his vaccine status, and he faced similar challenges in the USA, drawing attention to the intersection of sports, health, and politics.
