Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray shared some kind remarks on social media on Saturday after working out together in preparation for Brisbane International.

Nadal has been out of action for the past year due to a hip injury, but he is about to make his much-anticipated comeback to competitive tennis.

Ahead of his return to the court in December, Nadal announced on social media that he would be competing in the men’s doubles at the Brisbane International, partnering Marc Lopez. He thanked Murray on X following their practice session today.

Nadal wrote: “Thanks, Andy Murray for a great practice today. All the best for the tournament, my friend.”

Murray replied on social media, wishing Nadal well on his upcoming return. He wrote: “Thanks for the opportunity to be back on the court with you. Good luck with the comeback.”
