Carlos Alcaraz was working hard to get ready for the 2024 campaign when the Spaniard hit the tennis court on Christmas Eve.

Carlos Alcaraz was putting in a lot of work in preparation for the 2024 campaign as the Spaniard took to the tennis court on Christmas Eve.

Alcaraz had a great 2023 campaign on the circuit, taking home six championships, including a Grand Slam victory at Wimbledon. But the Spaniard wasn’t all that great, and he didn’t end the year strong. Alcaraz dropped from the top spot in the year-end rankings due to poor performances in the second half of the season.

Alcaraz is training continuously to elevate his game in preparation for the upcoming season. He posted images of his training session at the Ferrero Tennis Academy in Alicante, Spain, on social media on Sunday.

Alcaraz wrote on X: “Last day before Christmas and more tennis! We don’t stop for holidays.”

At the moment ranked no.2, the Spaniard played his last match on the 18th of November when he capitulated to world no.1 Novak Djokovic 6-3 6-2 in the semifinal in the Nitto ATP Finals (draw).

This season Carlos has achieved a composed 65-12 record. Alcaraz has won 6 titles in 2023 in Buenos Aires, Indian Wells, Barcelona, Madrid, London and Wimbledon. Carlos was the runner-up in Rio de Janeiro and Cincinnati.

Alcaraz has scheduled to play next at the Australian Open (Australian Open). He will begin to play the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 14th of January.
