As Emma Raducanu prepares for her return in the 2024 season, she recently provided a glimpse into her rigorous training session. Raducanu shared some behind-the-scenes photos of herself working out at the National Tennis Center in London. She had wrist and ankle surgery in May.
Raducanu faced multiple challenges and had poor experiences during the 2023 season. She had several injuries that affected her performance and made her withdraw from some competitions. Before the Australian Open, she suffered an ankle injury.
The 21-year-old has been putting a lot of effort into her rehabilitation and recovery, and she has been sharing updates on her progress on social media. She demonstrated her fitness and willpower in her most recent Instagram photos, which were posted on Thursday while performing cardio exercises in an isolated enclosure and displaying the blisters from her intense workout session on her palm.
She uploaded some images of her workout on her Instagram account with the caption: “BTS @ NTC, feels good to be pushing each other on. didn’t have any court pictures but was out there, and another good day.”
