Jannik Sinner has increased the scope of his endorsements and brand with his most recent partnership with Formula 1.
Before the 2024 season, Italy’s top-ranked tennis player joined the ‘Friends of F1’ program. In this role, Sinner will engage with motorsport fans and be a special guest at multiple Grand Prix events. Younger fans have been watching and supporting Formula 1 and tennis more frequently in recent years, and Sinner’s partnership will encourage more of them to switch to other sports.
On the social media platform X, Sinner made the announcement of the partnership and expressed his excitement for the new project. Sinner said he was privileged to collaborate with the top motorists in the industry.
Sinner wrote: “I am honored to be given the opportunity to work with the best in motorsports at F1! Excited for the future and the fun projects we will work together on, forza!”
The Italian revealed that the main reason he agreed to the partnership was because tennis and racing are similar sports. Sinner argues that players in all sports should be at the top of their game every single week and that excellence in every aspect matters.
Sinner added: “Being Italian, F1 is in my blood, so I couldn’t be more excited to be working with not only the best brand in motorsports, but the best sports platform in the world. I am honored to be given this opportunity and truly thrilled to be a ‘Friend of F1’. Putting it simply, I love cars, motorsports, and the thrill of racing and competing.”

LWWWWWWWWW Ranked world no.4 (career-high), Sinner played his last match on the 26th of November when he beat world no.12 Alex De Minaur 6-3 6-0 in the Rubber 2 of the Davis Cup (draw).
During this season the Italian owns an overall 64-15 record. Jannik has won 4 titles in 2023 in Montpellier, Toronto, Beijing and Vienna. Jannik was the finalist in Rotterdam, Miami and the Nitto ATP Finals.
