Young tennis sensation Carlos Alcaraz embarked on a Mexican tour in late November, commencing with an exhilarating exhibition match against Tommy Paul at Mexico City’s La Plaza de Toros Monumental. Displaying remarkable skills, he enthralled the crowd with his agile moves and astounding shots.

Transitioning to Los Cabos, the 20-year-old partnered with the opulent 5-star resort, One&Only Palmilla, collaborating via the Spanish management firm LUX Tennis to provide a distinctive tennis experience.

Following a season filled with triumphs and challenges, Alcaraz found solace under the azure sky and the calming ocean breeze, concluding his season in a serene environment. Engaging with budding tennis enthusiasts and devoted fans became an integral part of his retreat.

Guests opting for oceanfront rooms at $1,240 per night enjoyed exclusive perks such as breakfast, fitness classes, and water sports. A special promotion offered a complimentary fourth night for those staying three nights.

Alas, improving one’s tennis prowess alongside the World No. 2 came with an added cost. Group sessions with Alcaraz were priced at $550 per guest, while a 30-minute private lesson carried a hefty fee of $5,000.

Alcaraz shared moments from his time in Los Cabos on Instagram, posing with children and guests who participated in this unique opportunity. Typically, such tennis clinics involve retired players, making this experience with an active player particularly special.

Expressing gratitude, Alcaraz posted, “Thank you @oneandonlypalmilla and @luxtennis for this memorable stay in Los Cabos! I’m returning home recharged at 100% and ready for the preseason!”
