Naomi Osaka and Nick Kyrgios took a break from their schedules to watch the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Houston Rockets NBA game at the Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angeles.
A Sunday post on X showed Kyrgios and Osaka smiling throughout the NBA game. Osaka sported knee-high leather boots, a black button-down long-sleeve shirt that was oversized, and dark shades. Kyrgios wore yellow Los Angeles Lakers shorts with black and bright orange Nike and a brown Jordan hoodie.
Osaka has consistently expressed her love for the NBA team over the years. For example, she posted a video celebrating her victory while wearing Los Angeles Lakers gear when she won the Australian Open trophy in 2021.
After being absent for sixteen months owing to the birth of her daughter Shai, the four-time Grand Slam champion is scheduled to make her tennis court comeback at the Brisbane International.
However, Kyrgios has consistently expressed his support for the Boston Celtics, an NBA team. Injuries also kept him out of action for most of the 2023 campaign, though he hasn’t mentioned when he plans to return.
