The 2023 ATP finals title match between Jannik Sinner and Novak Djokovic was most-watched tennis match ever. On Sunday, November 19, over six million viewers watched the top match of one of the biggest ATP Tournaments together on RAI 1 and Sky Sports.

In the year-end tournament final, Novak Djokovic defeated home favorite Jannik Sinner to win an ATP Finals record seventh title. The Serb surpassed the record of six titles held by 20-time Grand Slam winner Roger Federer, which he previously shared.

In front of an enthusiastic Italian audience in Turin, Djokovic looked invincible as he dispatched the Italian ace in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3. By doing this, he took revenge for losing in three sets to the fourth seed during this week’s round-robin match.

In Sunday’s match against Sinner, the World No. 1 demonstrated his supremacy from the outset by winning an almost flawless opening set and dropping only a few points when serving.

Djokovic began the second set by breaking Sinner in his first service game and proceeded to win with a strong sense of resolve, frightening the 22-year-old while displaying superb tennis.
