Alisa, Daniil Medvedev’s daughter, was adorably shocked to find a poster of her father at the 2023 ATP Finals.
Medvedev is attending the year-end championships in Turin, Italy. The Russian, who was drawn into the Red Group, will compete against Alexander Zverev, Carlos Alcaraz, and Andrey Rublev for a chance to advance to the semifinals. On November 13, he will play Rublev to begin his race for an ATP Finals championship.
Daniil Medvedev is in Italy for the event with his wife Daria and young daughter Alisa. When Alisa saw her father’s picture on a poster while touring the Pala Alpitour arena’s facilities, she instantly stopped in surprise.
Medvedev’s wife, Daria called out to Papa to assist the one-year-old in making sense of the poster, as she seemed taken aback by it and looked around for more information.
Daria posted a video of the funny incident on social media. She posted on her Instagram: “Dad?”

Now ranked no.3, the Russian played his last match on the 1st of November when he lost to world no.14 Grigor Dimitrov 6-3 6-7(4) 7-6(2) in the 2nd round in Paris (draw).
Until now, during this year Daniil has managed to achieve an overall 64-16 match record. Medvedev conquered 5 titles in 2023 in Rotterdam, Doha, Dubai, Miami and Rome. The Russian got to the final in Indian Wells, U.S. Open, Beijing and Vienna.
