The talented Frenchman wins his first career title after playing a great tournament in Bastad. Paire has conceded no sets during the tournament to win every single match in straight sets.
The final against (a good) Robredo was quite complicated also because the weather was extremely windy. Eventually Benoit found the solution to win7-6 (7) 6-3 in 93 minutes. Match Stats.

With this title Pire won €80,000 and 250 ATP points. He is now the 6th player to have won his first career title in the season after Vesely (Auckland), Estrella Burgos (Quito), Sock (Houston), Thiem (Nice) and Istomin (Nottingham).
