Federer happy to launch child development centre in Malawi

Roger Federer finally arrives in Malawi to promote a child development centre. The Swiss sensation landed in the capital Lilongwe yesterday and today he is scheduled to open the centre.

Federer: Every child needs to have the opportunity to go to school

King Roger commented “I have always thought children are tomorrow’s future and I really enjoy supporting them and giving them an opportunity to be able to go to school. I think it’s really important that every child should have this opportunity, so I am trying to help as much as I can,” 

The Federer Foundation has working in Malawi since 2011 and it has the aim fo helping 135,000 children by 2021.
