Emma Raducanu, who posted on Instagram that she works out in the morning and the afternoon, is working hard to get ready for a comeback. Raducanu published a workout selfie from the previous morning in an Instagram Story on Wednesday. Also highlighted in the post was Raducanu’s preparation for a gym workout that afternoon.
The recovery process of Raducanu, who underwent many surgeries in May, is frequently documented in her posts. Before the procedures, Raducanu frequently overheard comments (often from trolls) that she wasn’t practicing or working out at the gym hard enough. She has recently posted a full video of her training at the gym and now she posted the following pic on Instagram.
Emma is expected to get back to competitions early in 2024.

Now ranked no.282, the Brit played her last match on the 18th of April when she capitulated to world no.13 Jelena Ostapenko 6-2 6-1 in the 1st round in Stuttgart (draw).
Presently, during this year the Brit has managed to achieve a 5-5 win-loss record.
