Serena Williams has no problems to beat her sister Venus in Wimbledon.
This match could have been tricky for the world no.1 as playing against such a close person is never easy and Venus also beat her in their last encounter in Canada.
Eventually Serena kept her cool to win the match 6-4 6-3 in just 68 minutes.
Serena: I served well
The American commented “I think I served well today. I didn’t hit huge serves, I hit one big serve, but other than that I think I just was really consistent with my serve. She was playing really well, so at the end I was able to come through.”
The quarters vs. Azarenka
Serena will play the quarters against an in-form Vika Azarenka. Head to head is 16-3 for the world no.1.
