After Simone Biles’ historic triumph at the 2023 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, Coco Gauff acknowledged the American gymnast as the GOAT.

Biles won the women’s all-around championship on Friday, October 6 in Antwerp, Belgium. Rebeca Andrade of Brazil, the 2022 all-around world champion, finished in second place with a score of 56.766, while the American earned the gold medal with an outstanding score of 58.399.

Simone Biles’ victory equaled Uchimura Kohei’s record as the only female gymnast to have won six world all-around golds. She currently possesses an incredible total of 34 world and Olympic medals, more than any other gymnast in the sport’s history, male or female. This makes her the most decorated gymnast in the sport’s history.

In response to Biles’ accomplishment, Coco Gauff posted a goat emoji on social media to declare her the best of all time.
