Naomi Osaka has partnered with Meta to introduce AI chatbots along with introducing her new anime-loving avatar ‘Tamika’.
On September 27, Meta stated that they would be releasing a range of digital personalities at their annual Connect conference. With the help of Meta’s freshly released Meta AI chatbot platform, these personalities will be developed.
The celebrity avatars will be visible in the chat window’s corner for users to see. The introduction of voice integration is also planned for the following year.
Recently, Naomi Osaka used social media to introduce her AI character dubbed ‘Tamika’, who has a lifelong affection for anime.
Osaka captioned her Instagram post: “I’ve partnered with Meta to bring you a new Al named Tamika, your anime-obsessed friend! You’ll be able to chat with Tamika across Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp, just follow and DM @sailortamika to get started. Meta Als rolling out to US users in phases. Voice coming later.”
