It was a tough match. BERRETTINI
After the match, Berrettini commented:
“It was a really tough match. The conditions were tough, it was cold and windy. The balls were moving a lot. So I was really focused on my game.
After the first set, I just told myself to fight game after game, point after point and I’m really happy because it was really difficult.”
After this week Berrettini will be ranked no.37 (career high).
It’s been some decent weeks for Italy.
Matteo Berrettini, champion in Budapest and new career high #37.
Got weapons to be (at least) a solid top 20 imo. Big guy, big serve, big shots, moves decently for 1.96m.
