A recent initiative to teach kids about personal and financial resilience has been launched by Emma Raducanu in collaboration with HSBC UK.

The “Fairer Tales” campaign includes a digital book that updates traditional fairy tales with modern, independent ladies who utilize their financial skills to realize their aspirations.

These tales include princesses who handle their finances carefully and pursue their goals without the aid of Prince Charming. Instead, they rely on their own abilities and wisdom. In the preface to the book, Raducanu also offers some personal reflections and suggestions for aspiring savers.

On September 21, Raducanu shared some images on Instagram showing her presenting Fairer Tales books to children at a Brighton elementary school. She posted and wrote: “Yesterday was wholesome with these cuties. starting @hsbc_uk ‘s launch of fairer tales in a primary school and then going to play with these @lta youth girls in Brighton days like this are so warming.”
