Andy Murray is doing everything he can to be back to competitions after the hip operation he had back in January.

The former world no.1 hinted that he might not be able to get back to competitions, but there are already some videos featuring the 3-slam champion hitting the ball to give hopes to his fans.

Andy’s dream would be to be back to Wimbledon that will start on the 1st of July. However, there is another tournament that the Brit may decide to play, and that is the prestigious ATP500 at the Queen’s Club that will commence on the 17th of June.

Why Andy Murray may play at the Queen’s Club

The organization of the Fever-Tree Championships posted an exciting tweet celebrating the champions that are in the entry list, and they included Andy Murray.

Later on,  the twitter account of the Fever-Tree Championships clarified that they included Murray in the entry list because he agreed to play the event for the rest of his career and therefore they will take him out from the entry list only in case the Brit will retire officially.

In theory, there are not huge chances of seeing Andy back for this event. However, it could be possible if he wants to have a soft preparation for Wimbledon considering that expectations would not be great (nothing to lose). Still, whatever it is going to happen, it’s great seeing him in the entry list.

Andy won this event 5 times in 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2016. (see details)
