Stefanos Tsitsipas claims that Novak Djokovic has produced a supreme piece of work in light of the Serbian’s record-breaking 24th major championship.
Tsitsipas expressed his remarks about Djokovic in an interview and said: “He is no doubt the best, going by numbers. He breaks record after record. He also has a thirst, even though he has nothing to prove anymore. That’s how he’s wired. He’s never happy; it’s like he’s always trying to prove something to someone. I don’t know what or to whom. It’s like he always wants a rematch.”
As a reference, Tsitsipas recalled the Cincinnati final between Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz from back in August. He added: “He has that glint in his eye. I never thought that Alcaraz would lose that game. Yet Djokovic found a way to make that happen.”

Ranked no.5, the Greek played his last match on the 17th of September when he was defeated by world no.113 Alex Molcan 7-6(6) 4-6 6-3 in the Rubber 4 of the Davis Cup (draw).
At present, during this year Stefanos has achieved a compiled 42-17 win-loss record. Tsitsipas clinched 1 title in Los Cabos. Stefanos got to the final at the Australian Open and Barcelona.
Tsitsipas will play next in Beijing (China Open). He will start the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 28th of September.
