Roger Federer is ready for a great season on grass!

Roger arrived in Germany where he got his pics in the Roger-Federer-Allee and he declared to feel… a bit…”grassy”.

The Swiss Maestro has to defend many points in Halle and in Wimbledon.

Halle

Roger has won Halle 7 times (2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2013 and 2014) and he reached the final in 2 occasions (2010 and 2014).

Federer defeated an in-form Falla in last year’s final 7-6 (2) 7-6 (3).

Halle has been upgraded from an ATP250 to an ATP500 event, so reaching the final will allow Roger to defend his points… he will definitely try for more.

 

Wimbledon

The King of Grass has won Wimbledon 7 times (2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2012) and he was the finalist twice (2008, 2014).

Last year Roger lost in the final against Djokovic a high quality match 6-7 (7) 6-4 7-6 (4) 5-7 6-4.

Roger has recently declared that the main target of the season is winning Wimbledon… will he make it?
