Eduardo Artaldi, Novak Djokovic’s agent and manager, is rumored to have parted ways with Djokovic’s management. Since 2008, Artaldi has assisted his partner Elena Cappellaro with the management of Djokovic.
With the exception of one Grand Slam victory, Djokovic’s agent has virtually been by his side the entire time. After agreeing to an apparel contract with the Italian company Tacchini, Djokovic first met Artaldi.
The news was first reported on social media by journalist and podcaster Gill Gross, and it was quickly confirmed by a second source.
Gross posted on his Twitter account and wrote: “Hearing Novak Djokovic is no longer with longtime agent/manager Eduardo Artaldi. Artaldi’s partner Elena Cappellaro also played a central role in Djokovic’s management. Artaldi was part of the team for over a decade and for every major title other than 2008.”
