Jo-Wilfried Tsonga was scheduled to play as the seed no.1 in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. That won’t happen as the French Open semifinalist is struggling with an abdominal tear so as to give it a miss.
So the new seeding will be Goffin, Bautista-Agut (the defending champion), Garcia-Lopez, Karlovic, Mannarino, Verdasco and Sousa.
