Marton Fucsovics has defeated Denis Kudla 6-4 6-1 in the first round. This is a good start for Fucsovics who will take on Stefanos Tsitsipas in the second round. The 36th ranked Hungarian’s form has fluctuated in recent times. He had some good outings – finished runner-up in Sofia and making to the quarterfinals in Rotterdam and Dubai. On the flip side, he crashed out in the opening rounds of Indian Wells and Miami tournaments. It will be interesting to see how he plays against Tsitsipas.
