REVEALED! Why Sascha Zverev believes that Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic are similar

Sascha Zverev lost to Carlos Alcaraz in the US Open quarterfinals, stating that he is on par with Novak Djokovic and other players need to catch up.

Zverev About Alcaraz And Djokovic

Sascha Zverev has just lost in the quarterfinal of the US Open to Carlos Alcaraz 6-3, 6-2, 6-4.

After the game, Alexander Zverev was questioned about how difficult it is to play someone like Carlos Alcaraz in a press conference. He responded by saying that the Spaniard was on par with Novak Djokovic and that the other players on the tour needed to catch up.

Sascha commented: “I played Novak in Cincinnati, I played Carlos here. I think they are very, very similar from the level of the game. There are some things that Novak does better; there are some things that Carlos does better. I think they are at a level of their own at the moment. Yeah, the other guys gotta catch up. That’s as simple as that.”
