Following his victory in the US Open quarterfinal on Tuesday night, Ben Shelton enjoyed a lot to be thrilled about. At Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York, the 20-year-old defeated fellow American Frances Tiafoe in four sets to reach the semifinal stage.
Shelton pulled out a fake phone and bashed it down as he appeared to hang it up after winning the match.
Shelton has gotten used to the phone celebration. It used to be one of his go-to occasions for celebration. He even influenced Taylor Townsend, his partner in the mixed doubles match at the US Open, to join him for this celebration.
