Following her victory in the US Open’s first round on Monday, Elena Rybakina said she was feeling “much better” after having her tournament preparations delayed by an injury and late-night scheduling.
Rybakina is now concentrating on beginning her game in New York refreshed and recharged after finishing the most challenging aspect of getting ready physically for the competition.
She said during a conversation: “Now, as the tournament is starting, we are physically not working too hard. We are trying to maintain the level. During the last two tournaments here in the US, I was physically not in the best condition. At this stage, it’s all about the right recovery. I need to feel 100 percent fit and get to this level.”

In addition, Rybakina is traveling to New York with her mother and sister Anna, and she is determined to take them to some of the city’s most well-known attractions. She shared her plans and stated as the source Redbull demonstrates: “It’s the first time my mother and my sister are with me here in New York and we want to have a good time together. I would love to see the Statue of Liberty. That’s one of my goals – apart from playing successful tennis.”

There are still not signs of any boyfriend of Elena in her player’s box. Is she still single?
