Roger Federer will start is FO campaign against world no.111 Alejandro Falla. Roger has a weird record against the Colombian. In fact, the Maestro leads Alejandro 7-0 in head to head matches, but the Swiss strugglds a couple of times against the Colombian. In 2010 Roger was about to lose to him in Wimbledon (!!!) when he had to recover from 2 sets down. Last year the Maestro won a tense final on grass in Halle 7-6 (2) 7-6 (3) and in 2012 Roger won a rough 3 setter in the 1st round of the Olympics agaisnt Falla.
In a recent interview Roger declared to feel good and prepared for this French Open. He had a great draw in Paris, so reaching the final is rather possible for the Maestro.
LAST MATCH BETWEEN THEM WAS THE FINAL IN HALLE

WHY ROGER WAS LUCKY—> What a draw for Roger Federer! The world no.2 had the luxury not to get in his half Djokovic (ok… that was sure),Murray, Nadal and an in-form Ferrer. Roger first obstacle will be an in-form Monfils that loves playing the Maestro on Clay and in front of his own crowd, but the Maestro was lucky enough to then get Wawrinka in the quarters and possibly Nishikori in the semifinal. Do not get it wrong, the Japanese is a real threat, but definitely better him in the final than Nadal, Murray or Ferrer… at least on paper. Roger possible path 1st – qualifier Final… whatever!
