Denis Shapovalov and Felix Aliassime

Denis Shapovalov and Felix Auger Aliassime are hitting the headlines around the world after their incredible run in Miami even if they are still teenagers.

Denis and Felix also share a special friendship that blossomed during the very beginning of their career and even if it appears they have different characters they love to spend time together.

Currently, Shapovalov and Auger Aliassime are both in Monte Carlo where they are going to compete in the upcoming ATP1000 (Felix is expected to receive a wild card for the main draw)

Later on, they will fly to Barcelona to play the prestigious ATP500, and the good news is that Denis and Felix decide to play also doubles together in Cataluna.

Why Shapovalov and Auger Aliassime will play doubles

The Canadians are used to play doubles together. Back in the days, in 2015 they won the US Open (juniors), and he reached the final in Wimbledon in 2016 (also in juniors). At ATP level they played doubles together at the Rogers Cup a couple of times, but without much success.

This is going to be fun.
