Following his announcements to skip Cincinnati and the US Open, Nick Kyrgios also informed his supporters that he will not compete in the Ultimate Tennis Showdown competition scheduled for Frankfurt. Nick Kyrgios has withdrawn from UTS Frankfurt due to an injury.
Ultimate Tennis Showdown posted on Instagram and announced Nick’s withdrawal: “Due to injury, Nick Kyrgios has withdrawn from UTS Frankfurt. Get well soon “King Kyrgios” and see you at UTS Seoul! Replacement for Nick in Frankfurt is to be announced very soon, stay tuned.”
Nick recently declared he would not be attending the US Open. He stated that: “Heartbroken about the US Open. I will be back. My wrist is not ready yet to compete.”

Nick Kyrgios in 2023
Currently the world no.127, Nick played his last match on the 13th of June when he capitulated to world no.87 Yibing Wu 7-5 6-3 in the 1st round in Stuttgart (draw).
At present, during this year Kyrgios has managed to achieve a 0-1 record.
He is also scheduled to play in Shanghai (Shanghai Rolex Masters) on the 2nd of October and Paris (Rolex Paris Masters) on the 30th of October.
