In his opening match at the Western & Southern Open on Wednesday night, Carlos Alcaraz defeated Jordan Thompson. Alcaraz proved to be a speedster and quicker in comparison to following a dismal performance in Toronto.
After dropping the opening set against Thompson, Alcaraz appeared to be losing his foot and the match for a moment. However, Alcaraz turned into a hurricane in the following sets, defended some great serves, and eventually won the match.
